Frequently Asked Questions
-
We first need to find the Handicap Index by using this formula:
(Gross Score - Course Rating) x 113/Slope Rating
Then we take that index and input it into this course handicap:
Handicap Index x (Slope Rating / 113) + (Course Rating - Par)
We then take the averages of your handicaps from each week. Remember, each tee has a different course rating and slope rating. -
Check out the Roster/Sub page to see what tee you should hit from.
-
You should get a sub to fill your spot. A sub from the sub list is preferred since they can get more points for your team.
-
The strokes gained are awarded from the hardest hole to the easiest. If you receive two strokes from your opponent, then you will be able to take one stroke off on the two hardest holes.
-
The handicap on the Roster/Sub page are your true 9 hole handicap. The handicap on the weekly scorecard is capped at 18 to make the strokes gained reasonable.
